Evolution of Ownership Structure of Means of Production,Labor Control,and Surplus Value in the Digital Economy
摘要
Abstract
The digital economy,as a new economic form,has not only spawned novel working models driven by internet technology and the platform economy but also posed unprecedented challenges to tradi-tional labor relations.Based on the preconditions and essential characteristics of wage labor,this paper argues that the digital economy merely alters the form of labor without changing the essence of wage labor.On the one hand,it makes the creation process of surplus value more concealed.On the other hand,it superficially alleviates labor-capital conflicts through a quasi-public ownership form of the means of pro-duction.However,when data becomes a core factor of production,the deep-seated roots of labor-capital contradictions are further solidified.Therefore,the government must establish a penetrative management model extends its regulatory tentacles to reach into fundamental areas such as algorithm design,data collec-tion and platform rules,while seeking a dynamic balance in labor-capital relations.Only by liberating the data factor from the sphere of purely private property and accelerating data rights confirmation can we pre-vent it from serving as an instrument of capital monopoly and effectively curb the excessive concentration of data dividends towards a select few.关键词
