Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of 3D digital implant surgical guides on the accuracy of dental im-plantation in gingival flap and flapless surgeries.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 160 patients(160 im-plants),with 80 implants each in the flap group and flapless group.CBCT was used to obtain jawbone data,and 3D printing technology was employed to fabricate implant guides.The study compared and analyzed the following parameters between the two groups:surgical time,duration of postoperative swelling and pain,antibiotic usage duration,implant deviation values,im-plant success rate,adverse event incidence and patient satisfaction.Results:The flapless group had significantly shorter oper-ation time,postoperative swelling and pain time,and antibiotic use time than the flap group(P<0.01).However,the flap group demonstrated superior implant precision,with smaller deviations in neck,apical,and depth measurements compared to the flapless group(P<0.01).Notably,the angular deviation in the flap group was markedly lower than that in the flapless group(P<0.001).The implant success rates of both groups exceeded 97%,with no significant difference,but the flapless group had a lower incidence of adverse events and higher patient satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of 3D digital implant surgical guides and flapless technique can significantly shorten the operation time and alleviate postoperative reactions,but the flap technique has a greater advantage in implant accuracy.关键词
