摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effect of refined nursing model on the outcomes of condylar motion trajectory recording using an electronic facebow.Methods:A total of 41 patients who underwent condylar motion trajectory recording with an electronic facebow in the Department of Stomatology,The Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University(The First People's Hospital of Shunde,Foshan),from October 2024 to June 2025 were randomly assigned to a study group(n=22)and a control group(n=19).The study group received the refined nursing model,while the control group received routine nursing care.Preoperative anxiety,intraoperative and postoperative pain levels,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Preoperative anxiety and intraoperative/postoperative VAS scores were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction scores were significantly higher in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The refined nursing model can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety,intraoperative and postoperative pain,and improve nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing electronic condylar movement trajectory tracing.
