弹性石墨烯气凝胶热界面材料的制备及性能研究
Preparation and properties of elastomeric graphene aerogel thermal interface materials

Abstract
Graphene aerogel is a material with a continuous 3D network structure formed via intermolecu-lar forces between graphene sheets.It exhibits advantages such as lightweight,low density,and excellent thermal conductivity,showing great potential for application in high-performance thermal interface materi-als.However,the high porosity and poor mechanical elasticity of pure graphene aerogels limit their practi-cal use in such applications.To address this,this study employed graphene oxide(GO)and natural rubber latex(NRL)as raw materials to fabricate a graphene/natural rubber latex composite aerogel(GNA)through chemical reduction and self-assembly.By leveraging the π-π interactions between graphene layers,a continuous three-dimensional thermally conductive pathway was successfully constructed,achieving a vertical thermal conductivity of 0.35 W/(m·K)in the composite.Meanwhile,the incorporation of natu-ral rubber latex into the pores of the graphene aerogel endowed the composite with outstanding mechanical strength and elasticity,including a tensile strength of over 3.0 MPa and an elongation at break exceeding 400%.This work provides a new strategy for the application of graphene aerogel-based composites in ther-mal management.关键词
