越南金合欢种植产业发展影响因素及对中国的启示
Factors influencing the development of the acacia plantation industry in Vietnam and implications for China
摘要
Abstract
The acacia plantation industry in Vietnam is a pillar of the forestry economy,with exports generating 15.89 billion USD in 2024 and providing 500000 jobs.Exploring the factors influencing the development of the acacia plantation industry in Vietnam not only provides a decision-making basis for the sustainable development of Vietnam's acacia industry,but also offers experience and reference for the variety selection,ecological governance and industrial chain upgrading of acacia planting areas in southern China,which is of practical value for Sino-Vietnamese forestry cooperation and technological exchange.Based on statistical data from 2015 to 2025,this article employed the PESTEL theoretical framework to analyze the factors influencing the development of the acacia plantation industry in Vietnam.The results indicated that:(1)Policy support,adoption of biotechnology and enhancement of social benefits were the main drivers of industry development.(2)Rising production costs,over-reliance on export markets,soil degradation,loss of biodiversity,pests and diseases,as well as natural disasters caused by climate change,severely hindered industry development.(3)The industry was currently at a critical stage of transforming from quantity expansion to quality improvement and value chain upgrading.Some policy recommendations were proposed:improve credit and forest insurance systems,promote mechanization and remote sensing technologies,strengthen value chain integration,implement mixed-species ecological planting,and enhance training and community welfare support.Key implications for China include improving forestry support and risk protection systems,advancing technology adoption,developing integrated value chains,promoting mixed-species planting,and strengthening farmer training and community welfare.关键词
