Abstract
Siwuzeigu Yirulu Pill(四乌贼骨一藘茹丸)is one of the thirteen prescriptions in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Can-on.The original book records that it is mainly used to treat"blood dryness".The characteristics of its composition include the combination of cold and warm,alternating convergence and dispersion,and the combination of dredging and tonifying.This formula has a wide range of clinical applications,such as in various diseases such as urology,gynecologyand liver failure,but there is rela-tively little research on its use in the treatment of kidney diseases.The pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease in traditional Chi-nese medicine can be summarized as"deficiency,dampness,stasisand toxin in terms of local static classification,and unfavorable Jueyin axis in terms of overall dynamic combination",while Siwuzeigu Yirulu Pill combines dynamic and static pathogenesis.Pro-fessor PI Chiheng is familiar with classics,with a mutual reference between traditional Chinese and Western medicine.He inter-prets the new concept of the composition of Siwuzeigu Yirulu Pill from the perspective of legal phenomena.He discusses the basis for its application in chronic kidney disease from three aspects:the main principle of entering Jueyin and tonifying the body,and the combination of bitter,salty,coldand warm to strengthen the kidney,and the reference to traditional Chinese medicine pharma-cology to integrate the central and western regions.By finely adjusting the ratio to adapt to changes and combining various methods to flexibly adjust the formula,it has a satisfactory therapeutic effect in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease.关键词
