张宁辨治围绝经期复发性泌尿系感染药对经验举隅
ZHANG Ning's Experience in Diagnosis and Treatment of Recurrent Urinary System Infection During Perimenopause
摘要
Abstract
Recurrent urinary tract infection(RUTI)is a common clinical condition in perimenopausal women,prone to fre-quent relapses and prolonged non-healing.Professor ZHANG Ning emphasizes that perimenopausal women often have character-istics which are deficient in kidney Yin,kidney Yang and liver blood.After repeated infections,they often suffer from damp-heat,Qi stagnation,stasis heat and heat toxicity.Professor ZHANG is skilled in treating the RUTI focusing on its mechanism in clinical practice with the simple but effective combination of drugs.The precise treatment emphasizes the coordination of Yin and Yang,the use of cold and heat,and the treatment of the upper and the lower to tonify kidney and promote Qi circulation;clearing heat and soothing liver,nourishing blood and softening liver and skillfully regulating liver;clearing heat,removing dampness,de-toxifying and emphasizing blood circulation to drive away evils.The medicine is simple and effective,achieving the goal of shorten-ing the treatment period and reducing the number of attacks.Now,this article analyzed Professor ZHANG Ning's medication expe-rience based on the etiology and pathogenesis of RUTI,as well as the commonly used clinical drug combinations.关键词
