基于"形气神"三位一体生命观的肺结节病因病机及诊疗探析
Analysis of Etiology,Pathogenesis and Diagnosis and Treatment of Pulmonary Nodules Based on"Form-Qi-Spirit in One"Concept of Life
摘要
Abstract
The concept of the unity of form,Qiand spirit is rooted in traditional Chinese culture and has laid a philosophical foundation for the development of traditional Chinese medicine.Pulmonary nodules are the lung disease with an increasing detec-tion rate in clinical practice.Presently,the pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules remains incompletely understood within the medical community.The article explored the mechanism of pulmonary nodules based onform,Qi and spirit,and pointed out that the occur-rence and development of pulmonary nodules were due to pathological changes in form,Qi and spirit and elaborated on it from form,Qi and spirit.The changes of form include Qi stagnation and blood stasis,"Yang transforming Qi while Yin constituting form".The changes of Qi dispersion include normal function of vital Qi making recovery,the intricate interplay of the dragon and tiger ring axis,middle Qi deficiency and mediation imbalances.The changes of spirit include"seven emotions"and"five wills".Furthermore,the synthesis of clinical insights from experienced practitioners enriches the discourse,offering novel perspectives for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules.关键词
