基于气滞血瘀与肺脾肾虚的理论探讨肺癌的中医辨证论治
Theoretical Exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Lung Cancer Based on Qi Stagnation,Blood Stasis and Lung-Spleen-Kidney Deficiency

Abstract
The occurrence of lung cancer is closely related to the weakness of the body's positive energy and the excess of ex-ternal evil energy.In traditional Chinese medicine,lung cancer is classified into three types based on different characteristics:Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-dampness accumulation in lung,Yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome,and lung-spleen-kidney deficiency type syndrome.Personalized adjustment strategies are developed according to the specific condi-tion of the patient.The main goal of regulation is to enhance physical fitness to eliminate pathogenic factors.Corresponding treat-ment principles and formulas are adopted for different types,such as promoting Qi and blood circulation in cases of poor Qi and blood circulation,choosing Modified Sijunzi Decoction(四君子汤加味).The lung-spleen-kidney deficiency type is treated with tonifying spleen and lung method,using drugs such as Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix);nouris-hing lung Yin with lung Yin deficiency type,using Shashen Maidong Decoction(沙参麦冬汤);tonifying kidney and strengthening the foundation for both deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome,using Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and Taizishen(Pseudostellariae Radix);resolving phlegm and eliminating dampness as well as regulating Qi and widening the chest methods for phlegm-damp-ness accumulation in lung syndrome,using relevant medicinal herbs and dosage.At the same time,a comprehensive treatment sys-tem should be established,and characteristic dietary therapy programs such as Cordyceps stewed chicken soup can nourish lung Yin and enhance the immunity.The use of acupuncture and moxibustion,Tuina and other non drug therapies can alleviate lung cancer related symptoms.Through carefully selected prescriptions and various auxiliary therapies(acupuncture and moxibustion and Tuina),the aim is to help patients recover their health,reduce the burden of symptoms and improve their quality of life.关键词
