黄芪在肺癌治疗中的药理作用
Pharmacological Effect of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)in Treatment of Lung Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Huangqi(Astragali Radix)has been demonstrated to possess significant clinical application value across adjuvant,consolidation and palliative phases of anti-cancer therapy.By integrating the classical TCM doctrine of"principles-methods-formulas-medicinals"with contemporary pharmacological research outcomes,a multidimensional theoretical framework of"effi-cacy-component-mechanism"model specific to its anti-lung cancer properties has been established.Within this theoretical framework,the scientific essence underlying traditional tumor-inhibiting properties of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)have been com-prehensively elucidated,which including"strengthening the exterior and defense Qi,enhancing the healthy Qi to against cancer","reinforcing and raising Yangqi,dispelling the cold and removing the accumulation","reinforcing lung and invigorating the water channel to dispel the pathogenic factor",and"re-balancing Yang and Yin to relieve the blood stagnation".Subsequently,through comprehensive analysis of clinical trials,experimental studies and molecular biology investigations,the modern pharmaco-logical mechanisms underlying anti-neoplastic components were delineated,specifically involving initiation of neoplastic cell au-tophagy processes,tumor microenvironment remodeling via lipid metabolic regulation,metastasis prevention through epithelial-mesenchymal transition suppression,and programmed apoptosis induction in malignant cells.This research not only provided sci-entific validation for the application of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)in oncotherapy but also contributed innovative perspectives to traditional Chinese anti-cancer strategies.Furthermore,it established theoretical foundations for developing precision medicine paradigms integrating traditional and modern medical approaches,while offering critical references for subsequent investigations and clinical implementations.关键词
