Treatment of Mouth Ulcers in AIDS Based on Theory of"Fire and Yuan Qi Being not Mutually Exclusive"
摘要
Abstract
The origin of"fire and Yuan Qi being not mutually exclusive"is from Neijing,and medical doctor LI Dongyuan further researched and summarized this with clinical practice,and put forward the theory of"fire and Yuan Qi being not mutually exclusive".Acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)oral ulcers belong to the traditional Chinese medicine"mouth sores"category,it is generally believed that dampness and heat attack is the pathogenesis of the disease,but the lack of vital energy in the middle Jiao,the spleen and stomach transportation disorder,phlegm and dampness obstruction,Yangqi without being generated and Yin fire upward attacking,can also lead to the occurrence of oral ulcers.This article explored the oral ulcers of AIDS from the perspective of"fire and Yuan Qi being not mutually exclusive",with a view to reducing the incidence of this disease,improving the quality of life of the patients,and providing ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of oral ulcers of AIDS.关键词
