摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between multi-parameter airway ultrasonography measurements and the severity of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),and to explore the clinical application value of multimodal airway ultrasound in OSAHS.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 117 OSAHS patients, according to the severity of the disease, the patients were divided into mild, moderate, and severe groups.Airway anatomical structures, tracheal mobility during Müller maneuver, tongue area, tongue muscle elasticity, and lingual artery blood flow parameters under different respiratory conditions were measured. The differences in ultrasonographic parameters among OSAHS groups with varying severity were compared and their correlations were analyzed.Ordered regression analysis was employed to identify risk factors for OSAHS severity. Results There were statistically significant differences in height, weight, body mass index(BMI),tongue width, tongue thickness, tongue surface area, tracheal diameter under different respiratory conditions, vertical displacement of the trachea during、Müller maneuver, and tongue root elasticity among the mild, moderate, and severe groups(all P<0.05).Moreover,all these parameters were positively correlated with the severity of OSAHS(all P<0.05).Ordered regression analysis revealed that gender(OR=3.658,95%CI:1.205-11.101),BMI(OR=1.587,95%CI:1.071-2.351),tongue root elasticity(OR=1.071,95%CI:1.019-1.125),and vertical displacement of the trachea during Müller maneuver(OR=1.885,95%CI:1.240-2.864)were risk factors for the severity of OSAHS(all P<0.05).Conclusion Multimodal airway ultrasound integrated anatomical structures, functional parameters and dynamic indicators(Müller displacement)can achieve multidimensional and comprehensive evaluation of OSAHS,thereby improving clinical diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic outcomes.关键词
