突触可塑性与Alzheimer's病
Synaptic plasticity and Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a complex neurodegenerative disease characterized by impairments in learning and memory. The pathologic changes of AD include the deposition of senile plaques formed by amyloid-β protein and neurofibrillary tangles composed of excessive phosphorylation tau protein.Synaptic dysfunction in AD occurs prior to the formation of amyloid plaque deposition and neurofibrillary tangles and is positively correlated with cognitive impairment. This review will summarize the critical role of synaptic plasticity in the pathogenesis of AD,elucidating how synaptic plasticity may serve as a therapeutic target of AD,thereby providing new insights into the pathogenesis and interventions for AD.关键词
