泻青丸加减方联合西药治疗肝风内动型儿童抽动障碍及对神经递质的影响
Effect of Modified Xieqing Pill(泻青丸加减方)Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Tic Disorders in Children with Internal Stirring of Liver Wind Type and Its Effect on Neurotransmitters

Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of Modified Xieqing Pill(泻青丸加减方)combined with Western medicine on the children with tic disorder(internal stirring of liver wind type)and its influence on neurotransmitters.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,122 children with tic disorder(internal stirring of liver wind type)admitted to Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine(tiopride+vitamin B12),and the experimental group was treated with Modified Xieqing Pill on the basis of Western medicine.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The post-treatment efficacy,pre-treatment and post-treatment indexes of neurotransmitter,tic disorder symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after 3 months of treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with those before treatment,the scores of Yale Comprehensive Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS),vocal tic and motor tic in the two groups were lower after 3 months of treatment,and in the two groups after 3 months of treatment,those in the experimental group were lower(P＜0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the levels of serotonin,glutamic acid and aspartic acid in ser-um,the scores of blinking,frowning,shrugging nose and grinning,clearing throat,shaking head,waving arms and moving legs in the two groups all decreased after 3 months of treatment,and in the two groups after 3 months of treatment,those in experimental group were lower(P＜0.05).Compared with those before treatment,the serum levels of dopamine in the two groups increased af-ter 3 months of treatment,and in the two groups after 3 months of treatment,those in the experimental group were higher(P＜0.05).During the treatment period,the complication rate of the experimental group was 14.55％(8/55),compared with that of the control group[10.34％(6/58)],there was no statistical significance between the groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Modified Xieqing Pill combined with Western medicine can regulate the level of neurotransmitter,control the symptoms of tic disorder,re-duce the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of children with tic disorder.关键词
