桑麻杏贝汤联合西医常规疗法干预慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果研究
Clinical Effect of Sangma Xingbei Decoction(桑麻杏贝汤)Combined with Conventional Therapy in Intervention of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sangma Xingbei Decoction(桑麻杏贝汤)combined with conventional therapy in the intervention of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods A total of 102 pa-tients with AECOPD admitted from April 2023 to June 2024 were included in this study,and the patients were divided into the Western medicine group(51 cases)with conventional therapy and the combined Chinese medicine group(51 cases)with Sangma Xingbei Decoction combined with conventional therapy by random number table method.The data of two groups was compared,in-cluding the clinical efficacy,the changes in the total scores of TCM symptoms and COPD assessment scale(CAT)score before and after treatment,the changes in the levels of inflammatory factors such as C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT),the changes in lung function indicators such as maximum expiratory flow(PEF)and the percentage of the volume of forced air exhaled in the first second to the expected value(FEV1％pred)and the adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the combined Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the Western medicine group(P＜0.05).The total TCM syndrome scores,CAT scores,inflammatory factor levels(CRP and PCT)and lung function indexes(PEF and FEV1％pred)between both groups were not significant before treatment(all P＞0.05).After treatment,these indexes in the combined Chinese medicine group were better than those in the western medicine group(all P＜0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the combined Chinese patent medicine was lower than that of the Western medicine group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Sangma Xingbei Decoction combined with conventional western medicine has good clinical effect in the intervention of AECOPD,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of the body,improve the lung function,clinical symptoms and quality of life of the patients,and reduce the adverse reaction of treatment,and the treatment is safe and reliable.关键词
