壮筋续骨汤加味在肱骨外科颈骨折患者术后的应用效果
Effect of Modified Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction(壮筋续骨汤加味)on Postoperative Humeral Neck Fracture

Abstract
Objective To investigate the improvement of postoperative efficacy recovery,inflammatory indicators and shoulder joint function in the patients with surgical neck fracture of the humerus by Modified Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction(壮筋续骨汤加味).Methods A total of 80 patients with surgical neck fracture of humerus admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received open reduction locking plate internal fixation treatment and the observation group combined with Modified Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction.The length of hospital stay and fracture healing time of the two groups were compared,and the level changes of inflammatory indicators[interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]and shoulder joint function(range of motion in anterior flexion,abduction and internal and external rotation)were compared between the two groups before and 2 months after treatment,complications that occurred during treatment were recorded.Results The hos-pitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The functional range of shoulder joint in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of delayed fracture healing and arthritis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Modified Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction can promote the postoperative recovery of the patients with surgical neck fracture of humerus,reduce the expression level of inflammation and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.关键词
