FGFR2b在不同Lauren分型胃癌的表达及临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of FGFR2b in gastric cancer with different Lauren classifications

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of FGFR2b in gastric cancer with different Lauren classifica-tions and its correlation with clinicopathological features and prognosis,as well as to analyze the correlation between FGFR2b and CLDN18.2 expression.Methods Clinicopathological data and follow-up information were collected from 92 gastric cancer patients,including 46 diffuse-type gastric cancers(DGC)and 46 intestinal-type gastric cancers(IGC).Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the protein expression of FGFR2b and CLDN18.2.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to evaluate the association between FGFR2b and CLDN18.2 expression and progno-sis.Spearman correlation analysis was applied to assess the correlation between FGFR2b and CLDN18.2 protein ex-pression.Results Among the 92 gastric cancer patients,the positive rate of FGFR2b(staining≥2 in any proportion of tumor cells)was 32.6％in DGC and 37.0％in IGC.The overexpression positive rate of FGFR2b(staining≥2 in≥10％of tumor cells)was 13.0％in DGC and 8.7％in IGC.FGFR2b expression(staining≥2 in any proportion of tumor cells)was significantly associated with patient survival status(P=0.025).Moreover,CLDN18.2 expression was significantly correlated with Lauren classification(P=0.012).Survival analysis showed that patients with FGFR2b-positive expression(staining≥2 in any proportion of tumor cells)had lower overall survival rates compared with those with negative expression(P=0.027).Spearman correlation analysis revealed a significant correlation be-tween CLDN18.2 and FGFR2b immunohistochemistry scores(rs=0.248,P=0.017).Conclusion FGFR2b expres-sion(staining≥2 in any proportion of tumor cells)is associated with patient survival status,and gastric cancer patients with FGFR2b-positive expression have a poorer prognosis.FGFR2b and CLDN18.2 expression show a positive correla-tion,providing new insights for treatment strategies in gastric cancer patients with co-expression of multiple targets.关键词
