黄芪四君汤结合穴位埋线促进慢性萎缩性胃炎患者康复效果观察
Effect of Huangqi Sijun Decoction(黄芪四君汤)Combined with Acupoint Embedding on Promoting Rehabilitation of Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Huangqi Sijun Decoction(黄芪四君汤)combined with acupoint embedding in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 102 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(admitted from April 2021 to June 2024)were included in the randomized number table study,and the patients were divided into a simple Western medicine group and a combined Chinese medicine group,with 51 cases in each group.All patients in the simple Western medicine group were treated with Rebabapide Tablets,while those in the combined Chinese medicine group were treated with re-babapide tablets combined with Huangqi Sijun Decoction and acupoint embedding therapy.The data of each group was observed,including the clinical efficacy,the changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(acid regurgtation,gastric distending pain,cold limbs,weak appetite,loose stool,etc.)before and after treatment,the changes of gastroscopy and histopathological scores,the gastrointestinal functional indexes such as gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)and adverse reactions.Results Compared with that of the simple western medicine group(82.35％,42/51),the total effective rate of the combined Chinese medicine group was higher(96.08％,49/51)(P＜0.05).The scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms(acid belchin g,gastric distension pain,cold limbs,weak appetite,loose stool,etc.),gastroscopy and histopathological scores,gastrointestinal function indexes(GAS and MTL)were not significant in both groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom scores(acid belchin g,gastric distension pain,cold limbs,weak appetite,loose stool,etc.),gastroscopy and histopathological scores,gastrointestinal func-tion indexes(GAS and MTL)were improved in both groups.And these indexes in the combined Chinese medicine group were all better than those in the simple Western medicine group(P＜0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the combined Chinese medicine group and simple Western medicine group was lower(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of Huangqi Sijun Decoction and acupoint catgut embedding has remarkable effect in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,which can better improve the symp-toms and gastrointestinal function and promote the recovery of the patients.The treatment is safe and reliable and can be applied.关键词
