The document circulation system,encompassing elements such as document relationship,circulation direction,circulation method,and circulation rules,exerts a direct influence on the content,form,writing methods,and linguistic style of official documents.The document circulation system affects the selection of document types,the identification of issuers and recipients,and through these three factors,it further impacts multiple formatting elements of official documents,including the issuer's logo,document number,primary addressee,document title,it also influences the content and writing methods of official documents,presenting an obvious"chain reaction"pattern.The role of the document circulation system in the scenario of official document operation originates and is realized in the scenario of document drafting,demonstrating the law of"precursor-driven"operation.When engaged in official document writing,one should accurately comprehend the essence of the document circulation system,correctly recognize its functions,fully master its rules,and implement them in the practice of drafting and producing official documents.关键词
