脑电电针伪迹去除技术在电针治疗失眠症中的运用
Application of Electroacupuncture Artifact in EEG Removal Technology in Electroacupuncture Treatment of Insomnia

Abstract
Objective To study the removal technique of electroacupuncture artifact in electroencephalogram(EEG)and its ap-plication in the treatment of insomnia.Methods EEG signals were acquired during the treatment of insomnia by electroacupuncture(EA).Baseline shift,high-frequency noise and AC signal were removed using a filter,and the collected mixed signals of EA and EEG were decomposed by independent component analysis(ICA),and the EEG signals were reconstructed after the interference signals of EA were zeroed.The integrity of electroencephalogram signals of all channels was detected,and the bad conduction was reconstructed through the EEG signals of the adjacent channels,or was manually cutoff if there were obvious bad segments.Final-ly,the EEG signal was converted into an average reference for analysis and processing.Results The interference signals of EA were basically removed and the clean EEG signals were separated.Conclusion Independent component analysis can effectively re-move the artifact of EA in EEG and provide technical support for studying the mechanism of EA in the treatment of insomnia.关键词
