数字经济赋能乡村振兴的路径与对策研究

摘要

Abstract

At present,China still faces prominent problems such as significant regional disparities,insufficient applica-tion depth,and imperfect institutional support in the areas of digital infrastructure construction,data resource sharing,and digital talent cultivation.This paper takes the empowerment of rural revitalization by the digital economy as the re-search focus and systematically analyzes the mechanism of action of digital infrastructure,digital industrialization,and industrial digitization in the process of agricultural modernization.The study points out that digital technologies can re-shape the rural economic structure and development model by promoting intelligent agricultural production,networked agricultural product circulation,and digitalized rural governance.Accordingly,three countermeasure paths are pro-posed:(1)accelerating the layout of digital infrastructure and improving projects such as"Broadband Villages"and"Smart Farmland";(2)promoting the deep integration of the digital industry with the entire agricultural industrial chain to develop new forms of business such as rural e-commerce,digital agriculture,and rural cultural tourism;and(3)improving the digital governance system and talent support mechanisms to enhance farmers'digital literacy and the ca-pacity of digital public services.The research results provide theoretical references and practical guidance for rural revi-talization practices and policy formulation in the context of the digital economy.
