三链同构视角下跨境农业绿色低碳转型研究
Research on Green and Low-carbon Transformation of Cross-border Agriculture from the Perspective of Three-chain Co-construction,Taking the Inner Mongolia Rapeseed Industry of"Beiya Oil Valley"as an Example

Abstract
Under the dual guidance of the dual circulation strategy and the"dual carbon"goal,the green and low-carbon transformation of cross-border agriculture has become a key path to break resource constraints.Taking the Inner Mongolia rapeseed industry of"Beiya Oil Valley"as the research object,based on the theoretical framework of three-chain co-construction of"innovation chain-industrial chain-policy chain",this paper systematically constructed the theoretical mechanism of green and low-carbon transformation of cross-border agriculture,clarified the classification system and characteristics of cross-border agricultural green science and technology,and revealed the functional positioning,interaction mechanism and co-construction path of the three chains.The study found that the in-depth coordination of the three chains is the core driving force,among which the innovation chain provides technical supply,the industrial chain realizes value transformation,and the policy chain consolidates institutional guarantees.The three realize dynamic optimization through information feedback,resource supply and adaptive governance.Through the above research,it is expected to provide reference for the high-quality development of the rapeseed industry in"Beiya Oil Valley"and the global green and low-carbon transformation of cross-border agriculture.关键词
