Abstract
In order to study the resolution of pipeline defect detection using magnetostrictive low-frequency guided waves in different media environments, and to verify the applicability of this technology in the actual working conditions of pressure pipelines on offshore platforms, magnetostrictive low-frequency guided wave detection technology was adopted to simulate three typical media environments of oil, gas, and water in a pipeline testing device for defect detection experiments.By changing parameters such as probe frequency, power, and gain, analyzed the impact of each parameter on the amplitude, positioning accuracy, and dielectric attenuation of defect signals. The results show that the magnetostrictive low-frequency guided wave detection technology could effectively detect flat-bottomed hole defects in pipelines in three media environments, oil, gas, and water. When the probe frequency was 64 kHz,the power was 75%,and the gain was 60 dB,the detection effect reached its optimum.Among them, the attenuation effect of the gas medium on the guided wave was the smallest, and the corresponding defect signal amplitude was the highest, reaching 35.06 V,with a positioning error of only 3.7%.关键词
