Abstract
This paper analyzed the practical significance of Party building leading the high-quality development of fruit tree scientific research,expounded the practical exploration of Changli Institute of Pomology,Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences in constructing the"five-dimensional mechanism"covering political guidance,organizational cohesion,work style guarantee,talent cultivation and Party building brand,analyzed the existing problems in the high-quality development of fruit tree scientific research led by Party building,and put forward the"four-wheel drive"countermeasures and suggestions:innovating characteristic integration carriers,improving the two-way assessment and evaluation system,deepening the collaborative mechanism of Party building joint construction,and improving the incentive mechanism for Party member talents.关键词
