Abstract
Agricultural scientific research institutes are a key component of national agricultural science and technology research and development.Many agricultural technologies involved are of a confidential nature,which sets high requirements for the confidentiality management work of such institutes.This paper expounded the current status of confidentiality management work,analyzed the problems existing in the confidentiality management of agricultural scientific research institutes,and put forward targeted solutions from three aspects:improving the confidentiality management mechanism,implementing a refined management mode,and strengthening confidentiality publicity and education,so as to provide reference for the confidentiality management work of agricultural scientific research institutes.关键词
