Abstract
After welding and pickling,grooves were found on the inner wall of a S30408 stainless steel pipe.The causes of groove formation were analyzed using macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy analysis.The results show that improper welding process control resulted in local sensitization on both sides of the weld,reducing the intergranular corrosion resistance of the area.This led to intergranular corrosion and the formation of grooves in the steel pipe during acid pickling.关键词
