居民-游客双重视角下City Walk空间要素的评价研究
Evaluation Study of City Walk Spatial Elements from the Dual Perspective of Residents-Tourists:A Case Study of Beijing's Historic Districts

Abstract
As a new type of vehicle for cultural and tourism integration,the route space of City Walk carries the dual functions of local life and tourism experience.To address the problem of unclear priority of spatial element optimisation in the current route construction,this study constructs a spatial design element evaluation system with 22 indicators based on the dual perspectives of residents and tourists using the IPA-KANO model.The study finds that residents'demands focus on spatial elements that guarantee the order of life,such as the scale of greening and monitoring facilities,while tourists pay more attention to spatial elements that affect the immersion experience,such as the degree of timely cleaning of rubbish and protective facilities at the edge of the road.The study reveals the fundamental differences in the logic of use between host and guest groups in historic districts,and provides a theoretical basis and decision support for identifying key spatial intervention nodes and coordinating the development of on-site living and tourism.关键词
