摘要

Abstract

The Pinaceae family is one of the major taxonomic groups of medicinal plants,distinguished by a highly diverse and structurally complex repertoire of chemical constituents.Its triterpenoids have attracted significant interest owing to their structural diversity and prominent bioactivities.Although China harbors abundant Pinaceae resources,a considerable proportion of species have already been listed in national and international conservation catalogues as rare and endangered plants,indicating that they are facing substantial threat.Existing evidence suggests that rare and endangered plants exhibit a relatively high degree of medicinal potential.This article focuses on the recent five years(2020-2025)of research progress on triterpenoids from rare and endangered Pinaceae species,with particular emphasis on the structural diversity of these compounds and their major biological activities.The aim is to offer a scientific basis for discovering the medicinal value of these precious plant resources and for promoting their conservation and sustainable utilization.
