摘要
Abstract
This review focused on the field of clinical cure of chronic hepatitis B,with an emphasis on exploring the great potential of novel drug combinations in personalized treatment.With the deepening of the understanding of the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B,significant progress has been made in the research and development of new drugs.The ingenious combination of drugs with different mechanisms of action,such as the combination of drugs targeting key links of viral replication and drugs regulating the host immune response,has opened up a new path for achieving clinical cure.Considering the individual differences among patients in terms of genetic polymorphism,immune status,and disease progression stage,the personalized treatment strategy of precisely matching drug combinations based on patient characteristics has become a current research hotspot.This article comprehensively combs through relevant research achievements,and conducts a detailed analysis of the efficacy and safety of novel drug combinations,as well as the implementation paths and challenges faced in the selection and application of drugs in personalized treatment.It aims to provide a solid theoretical basis and practical reference for drug application for the further exploration of clinical cure of chronic hepatitis B,facilitate the optimization of drug-based treatment regimens,and effectively improve the possibility of clinical cure for patients.关键词
