中医外治法治疗化疗所致周围神经毒性验案
A Test Case of Traditional Chinese Medicine External Therapy in Treating Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neurotoxicity

Abstract
Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neurotoxicity(CIPN)is a common adverse reaction to antitumor drugs.This paper presents a test case of CIPN treated with integrated traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)external therapies.The multimodal external treatment regimen included the Longsha Opening-Closing Six Qi acupuncture technique,herb-partitioned umbilical moxibustion,conventional acupuncture,and cupping therapy.Specifically,herb-partitioned umbilical moxibustion was applied to warm the spleen and kidney;the Longsha Opening-Closing Six Qi acupuncture technique combined with conventional acupuncture regulated the flow of qi;and cupping therapy was used to unblock collaterals and dispel stasis,thereby forming a three-dimensional therapeutic network.By focusing on holistic regulation,this approach not only alleviated neurological symptoms but also comprehensively enhanced the patient's quality of life,with sustained and stable efficacy.This study demonstrates a multi-target,multi-modal intervention strategy,providing a novel non-pharmaco-logical option for the management of chemotherapy-induced toxicity.关键词
