长程视频脑电图监测报告实体及实体关系标注语料库的构建
The construction of entity and entity relationship annotated corpus for long range video electroencephalogram monitoring reports

Abstract
In order to further explore the medical information on long-term video electroencephalogram(EEG)reports of epilepsy,we utilized a sample of 24 h long-term video EEG reports collected from 1440 epilepsy patients between 2019 and 2021.An annotation schema was developed by integrating clinical guidelines and expert knowledge.Through multiple rounds of manual annotation and vali-dation,a corpus was constructed containing 23 entities and 7 types of relationships,with a total of 203 929 named entities and 221 505 entity relationships annotated.The consistency of annotations for entities and relationships in multiple rounds was 99.7%and 96.4%,respectively.This study has established the first annotated dataset for long-term epilepsy video EEG reports in the field of Chinese health information processing.It can provide a data foundation for subsequent research on deep information mining,development of clinical decision support system and automated report generation.关键词
