摘要

Abstract

Poly(tetramethylene ether)glycol(PTMG)was employed as the soft segment raw material,while isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and 3,3'-dimethyl-4,4-diaminodicyclohexylmethane(MACM)were used as the hard segment raw materials to synthesize four transparent polyurethane urea(PUU)samples.The effect of hard segment content on the optical,mechanical,and thermal properties of the PUU samples was comparatively investigated.The results indicated that the PUU samples exhibited excellent optical properties,with transmittance exceeding 85%at 550 nm.The Shore A hardness,elastic modulus,tensile strength,stress at 100%elongation,and stress at 300%elongation of the PUU samples all increased with rising hard segment content.PUU-3 and PUU-4 demonstrated hardness values above 94,elastic moduli exceeding 113 MPa,tensile strengths above 38 MPa,stress at 100%elongation above 11 MPa,stress at 300%elongation above 23 MPa,and elongation at break above 390%.As the hard segment content increased,the hydrogen bonding interactions among the molecular chains of the PUU samples were strengthened,the degree of microphase separation was enhanced,and both the flow temperature and thermal resistance were markedly improved.
