Abstract

Simulation analysis and mold design of the plastic part were carried out using Moldflow and UG software.First,the processability of the fence support base was analyzed.Based on the analysis of the complex structure of the plastic part,two gating schemes were evaluated in combination with gate matching analysis.Subsequently,a three-sequence simulation analysis of"filling+packing+warpage"was performed,with the deformation effect of the plastic part taken as the optimization objective for molding process analysis.The structure of the injection mold was designed based on UG software.The core was designed as a combined structure(main core+slider),and two sets of"angled lifter+slider"lateral core-pulling mechanisms were designed to address demolding issues.The results showed that the top pinpoint gate was selected as the gate type.Through orthogonal experimental analysis,the optimal process parameters were determined as a melt temperature of 280℃,a mold opening time of 6 s,and a filling pressure of 60%.The optimized warpage deformation was 1.975 0 mm,effectively avoiding molding defects.The overall layout of the mold structure was reasonable,and the surface quality and precision of the injection-molded parts produced using this mold met the design requirements.
