植物纤维增韧聚乳酸基3D打印复合材料的研究进展
Research Progress on Plant Fiber Reinforced Polylactic Acid Based 3D Printed Composites
摘要
Abstract
Polylactic acid(PLA)had become one of the most promising sustainable biopolymer matrices for research due to its excellent biodegradability and biocompatibility,and it was also an important consumable for 3D printing.However,as a hydrophobic material,PLA suffered from drawbacks such as high brittleness and poor heat resistance.To overcome these limitations,the synergistic modification of PLA with plant fibers had become a research hotspot,aiming to enhance the toughness and stability of the material and thereby expand its application in 3D printing.With the goal of developing 3D printing materials,the article reviewed the research progress in three aspects:PLA modification techniques,compounding methods,and application studies.Furthermore,taking the application of PLA-based 3D printed composites in the agricultural field as an example,the article analyzed their research value and existing problems,and discussed future research directions and application prospects.关键词
