基于'Schmitt战略体验模块理论的经鼻高流量吸氧病人安全感体验的质性研究
Sense of security in patients undergoing high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy based on Schmitt's strategic experiential modules:a qualitative study

Abstract
Objective:To explore the authentic feelings and experiences of sense of security in patients receiving high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy,and to provide references for developing targeted interventions.Methods:Using purposive sampling,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 14 patients from the respiratory department of a tertiary hospital in Tianjin.Data were analyzed using Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method.Results:Based on Schmitt's strategic experiential modules,four themes and fifteen sub-themes were identified:sensory experience(discomfort from airflow impact,thermal distress from heated air,perceived improvement in ventilation,individual variability in device perception);emotional experience(initial anxiety and fear,gradual development of dependence and trust,helplessness from loneliness and passivity,dynamic fluctuation of security experience);cognitive experience(unclear understanding of device principles,enhanced sense of control through information transparency,improved confidence through self-assessment,rethinking of device dependence);and action experience(active posture adjustment for comfort,enhanced control through expressing needs,comparative experience from brief device removal).Conclusions:Patients undergoing high-flow nasal cannula oxygen therapy experience a dynamic and multidimensional sense of security.Healthcare providers should monitor changes in patients' sense of security across different treatment stages and implement individualized interventions to promote physical and psychological recovery.关键词
