160例拔罐起泡患者中医体质分布临床调查分析
Clinical Investigation and Analysis of TCM Constitution Distribution in 160 Patients with BlistEring From Cupping

Abstract
Objective The objective is to examine the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitutional types among patients with cupping-induced blisters,analyze the most prevalent imbalanced TCM constitutional types after cupping,which is crucial for preventing cupping-related blisters and tailoring personalized cupping treatment plans.This provides a theoretical foundation for implementing TCM-based diagnosis and treatment according to individual constitu-tions and personalized nursing care in clinical practice,differentiating among various constitutional types.Methods From June 1,2023 to October 1,2024,160 patients with cupping and blister who met the criteria of Rheumatology and Bone Disease Center of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and the physical constitution Classification and Evaluation Table of TCM promulgated by Chinese Association of TCM was adopted for the determina-tion of physical constitution.General data of the study subjects were collected and statistical analysis of the data was per-formed using SPSS25.0.To investigate the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine constitution types in patients with cupping and blistering.Result Among the 160 patients with cupping and blistering,87.50%(140/160)of them were diag-nosed as biased constitutions by traditional Chinese medicine,among which Yang deficiency,qi deficiency,phlegm-damp-ness and blood stasis were the main types of biased constitutions.In addition,88 patients with double-double constitutions(the same patient was diagnosed as two or more biased constitutions)appeared in this study.Accounting for 55.00%(88/160)of the total study subjects.There are differences in the distribution of TCM constitution in different genders of pa-tients with cupping and blistering,male mainly phlegm-dampness,female mainly Yang deficiency.The age,height,weight,BMI and course of disease of 160 patients with cupping and blistering under different primary constitution were analyzed.There are statistically significant differences in the distribution of disease courses among different TCM constitutions.The binary logistic regression analysis revealed correlations between gender,disease duration,and the occurrence of yang defi-ciency constitution.The risk of developing yang deficiency constitution was 2.19 times higher in females than in males;for every additional year of disease duration,the risk of developing yang deficiency constitution increased by approximately 0.092 times.Conclusion The patients with cupping and blistering have different types of constitutions,so the patients with different types of constitutions can be treated with differentiated cupping and differentiated care.关键词
