惰轮—齿圈减速式电动轮的传动效率分析与验证
Analysis and Validation of the Transmission Efficiency of an Electric-Drive Wheel with an Idler Gear-Ring Gear Speed Reducer

Abstract
A novel electric-drive wheel employing an idler gear-ring gear mechanism as the speed reducer is proposed for chassis-by-wire applications.This configuration achieves a high transmission ratio within the limited space of the wheel rim,and its transmission efficiency is comprehensively analyzed and validated.Based on the power transmission path,all relevant power losses are evaluated,including the external meshing loss between the motor pinion and idler gear,idler bearing loss,internal meshing loss between the idler gear and the ring gear,hub bearing loss,oil churning and windage losses,and seal friction loss.A theoretical model is established,and the effects of key influencing factors are studied via simulation.A prototype is manufactured and tested on a dynamometer bench under the China Light-duty Vehicle Test Cycle(CLTC).The experimental results show good agreement with the simulation results.The average relative error of the transmission-efficiency map is 0.33%,while the maximum relative error within the CLTC cycle in the time domain is 0.7%.The accuracy of the theoretical model is thereby validated.This paper provides essential data and theoretical support for the modular application of the electric-drive wheel in various chassis-by-wire platforms and for the optimization of their control strategies.关键词
