"商南事变"背景下鄂豫皖苏区组织秩序建构的困境与因应
The Dilemmas and Responses in Organizational Order Construction in the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area Under the Background of the"Shangnan Incident"

Abstract
The outbreak of the"Shangnan Incident"constituted a key node in the construction of or-ganizational order within the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area.Due to imbalance of order and the absence of effective leadership,the local party organizations in the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Are-a experienced a significant weakening of their"vertical transmission capacity".Meanwhile,the infil-tration of"conservative consciousness of farmers"within the party disrupted organizational operations and further accelerated the alienation of the party organization's"local action ability".This structural dilemma triggered severe criticism and profound introspection by the CPC Central Committee regarding the organizational order of the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area.In response,the Central Commit-tee adopted institutionalized and centralized strategies of organizational adjustment to promote the con-struction of organizational order in the Soviet area.However,the implementation of central policies was repeatedly hindered by the persistent contestation between central authority and local autonomy.With the continuous strengthening of the"leftist"radical policies of the Central Committee of the CPC,the organizational order regulation in the Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area entered a phase of comprehensive reinforcement,gradually evolving into a political transformation movement aimed at the"regularization of the Soviet movement".Although this movement facilitated the reconstruction of or-ganizational order,it also deepened the structural rift between organizational order and local society,imposing a heavy cost on local Party and government officials in the Soviet area.关键词
