脑卒中恢复期患者社会疏离体验的质性研究
Qualitative study on the experience of social alienation in stroke patients during convalescence period

Abstract
Objective:To explore the real experiences of social isolation encountered by patients in the convalescence period after stroke,in order to provide a reference for developing effective rehabilitation intervention measures and social support strategies.Methods:A descriptive qualitative research approach was adopted,using purposive sampling to select 12 stroke patients in the convalescence period who received rehabilitation treatment in the neurology department of a tertiary grade A comprehensive hospital in Guilin from March to September 2024 for semi-structured in-depth interviews.The Colaizzi phenomenological data analysis method was used to systematically analyze the interview texts and summarize the core themes.Results:A total of 4 core themes and 8 sub-themes were extracted,inclucling identity crisis(self-identity rupture,lack of sense of value and feelings of marginalization),limited social function(mobility impairment,communication limitations),imbalanced support structures(emotional value of informal support,insufficient continuity of professional rehabilitation support),and psychological adjustment to isolation(internalized regulation,proactive adjustment).Conclusion:Patients in the convalescence period after stroke generally experience social isolation due to physical impairment,negative psychological experiences,and a lack of effective social support resources.Healthcare professionals should pay close attention to the psychosocial adaptation issues of this population,actively promoting the reconstruction and integration of patients'social relationships by creating an individualized and supportive rehabilitation environment.关键词
