Intelligent Manufacturing,Organizational Capability and Enterprise Innovation Performance

Abstract
Under the background of the in-depth promotion of the"Made in China 2025"strategy and the continuous devel-opment of Industry 4.0,whether and through what path intelligent manufacturing can improve enterprise innovation performance has become a focus of academic attention.This paper,based on the data of Chinese A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2010 to 2023,empirically tests the relationship between intelligent manufacturing,organizational capability,and enterprise inno-vation performance.The research findings are as below:First,intelligent manufacturing can significantly improve enterprise inno-vation performance,and this conclusion still holds after a series of endogeneity and robustness tests.Second,the mechanism test results indicate that organizational capability is the key mediating variable for intelligent manufacturing to drive the improvement of innovation performance,that is,intelligent manufacturing enhances enterprise innovation performance by strengthening enter-prises'resource investment capability,knowledge absorption capability,and process reengineering capability.Third,government subsidies play a differential moderating effect in the"intelligent manufacturing-organizational capability-enterprise innovation performance"transmission path,positively moderating the relationship between intelligent manufacturing and organizational capa-bility,while negatively moderating the relationship between organizational capability and innovation performance.Finally,the re-sults of the heterogeneity analysis show that the promoting effect of intelligent manufacturing is more significant in the eastern and western regions,and is more significant in enterprises with higher levels of risk assumption.关键词
