摘要
Abstract
As an important part of higher education,the course of modern fermentation engineering theory and practice plays an important role in cultivating students' comprehensive ability and practical operation ability.However,there are some problems in the traditional course of modern fermentation engineering theory and practice,such as lack of teaching resources,difficulty in practice and isolation from external resources.In order to solve these problems,the research explored a new teaching mode by building a virtual teaching and research room for the course of modern fermentation engineering theory and practice.This study mainly introduces the construction of virtual teaching and re-search room platform,the interaction between teachers and students and the evaluation mechanism,the application effect and so on,the fea-sibility and advantages of this model are discussed and analyzed.关键词
