Abstract
The reduction treatment of sludge in municipal wastewater treatment plants by physical or chemical meth-ods is a critical step for the subsequent treatment,disposal,and resource utilization of sludge.The basic principles and influencing factors of thermal drying,biological drying,electro-dewatering,and low-temperature vacuum de-watering and drying technologies were discussed to explore deep efficient dewatering technologies suitable for differ-ent application scenarios.All the four technologies have merits respectively in terms of energy consumption,environ-mental impact,economic cost,and safety performance,as well as drawbacks to be optimized,which restrict their development and practical application.Therefore,the four technologies differ in characteristics and application sce-narios.During the selection of sludge deep dewatering technologies,various factors should be comprehensive con-sidered to choose the optimal technology and achieve efficient,economical,and environmentally friendly sludge treatment.关键词
