新城建赋能城市更新的智慧化路径研究
Research on the Intelligent Path of Urban Renewal Empowered by New Urban Infrastructure Based on Central Urban Area of Linzhi,Tibet

Abstract
Under the background of deep integration of urban renewal and new urban infrastructure construction,how to empower urban renewal through intelligent means has become an urgent issue to explore.Taking Linzhi City in Tibet as a case study,this paper constructs an analytical framework of"problem diagnosis—technical framework—empower pathway"to systematically investigate the practical pathways of new urban infrastructure empowering urban renewal.The research innovatively develops a plateau-adaptive four-layer technical framework of"sense-transmit-intelligence-application",which ensures the reliability of technical solutions through differentiated designs such as enhanced equipment protection at the perception layer,hybrid transmission at the network layer and built-in elastic contingency plans at the application layer.Relying on this framework,systematic empowerment pathways have been formed across five dimensions of construction of the intelligent transportation system,digitalization of underground pipeline networks,deployment smart lighting poles,intelligent operations and maintenance of sponge cities,and construction of the city information modeling(CIM)platform;The deeper effect drives the urban governance model from"extensive management"to"data-driven refined governance".This study reveals the triple logic of"technology-space-governance"in new urban infrastructure empowering urban renewal,and its technical adaptability and gov-ernance model offer important reference value for urban renewal in plateau and similar ecologically sensitive areas.关键词
