摘要
Abstract
Thyroid cancer is one of the most rapidly increasing malignant tumors in recent years.Tumor microenvironment plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cancer.Cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)are an important component of the tumor microenvironment.We summarized the origins,biomarkers,and subpopulations of CAF in thyroid cancer,as well as the two mechanisms by which CAFs promote thyroid cancer either directly or by remodeling the extracellular matrix(ECM).Finally,potential targets of CAF for treating thyroid cancer were discussed,including blocking the interaction between cancer cells and CAF,and targeting CAF-secreted factors.关键词
