Research progress of high-resolution magnetic resonance vessel wall imaging combined with radiomics for the assessment of intracranial atherosclerotic plaques
摘要
Abstract
Ischemic stroke is a major cerebrovascular disease with high incidence,high disability rate and high mortality worldwide.Intracranial atherosclerotic(ICAS)is the core pathological basis of this disease.High-resolution magnetic resonance vessel wall imaging(HR-VWI)can directly display vascular wall lesions.This technology combined with radiomics can quantitatively explore the microscopic imaging features of plaques,providing a new technical means for precise risk stratification of ICAS plaques,early warning of ischemic stroke and formulation of individualized treatment strategies.This article focuses on HR-VWI combined with radiomics technology,systematically reviewing the latest research progress and clinical application value in evaluating the vulnerability of ICAS plaques,analyzing the intrinsic association between plaque imaging features and ischemic cerebrovascular events,and assisting clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions.关键词
