摘要
Abstract
In recent years,the level of vascular recanalization treatment and secondary prevention for ischemic cerebrovascular disease in China has steadily improved.However,ischemic stroke still carries a high rate of disability and recurrence,and current clinical treatments remain limited,necessitating the exploration of safe and effective new therapeutic approaches.Enhanced external counterpulsation(EECP)has sufficient evidence from evidence-based medicine for the treatment of coronary artery disease and is increasingly used clinically.Numerous studies have demonstrated that EECP has promising application prospects in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.This article systematically reviews the latest research progress of EECP in this field,aiming to provide a reference for further basic research and clinical translation.关键词
