Analysis of Influencing Factors for Adverse Reactions of Ritodrine Hydrochloride Injection Based on the Chinese Hospital Pharmacovigilance System
摘要
Abstract
Objective To utilize the Chinese Hospital Pharmacovigilance System(CHPS)to collect real-world data on adverse drug reactions(ADRs)associated with Ritodrine Hydrochloride Injection, analyze the influencing factors for ADR occurrence, and provide recom-mendations for rational clinical use. Methods Cases of patients who received Ritodrine Hydrochloride Injection at the First Affiliated Hospi-tal of Guangxi University of Science and Technology were collected via the CHPS.Based on the occurrence of ADRs,patients were divided into a study group and a control group.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression were used to identify factors influencing ADRs.Results A total of 401 patients who received Ritodrine Hydrochloride Injection were included from the CHPS.ADRs occurred in 116 patients, yielding an ADR incidence rate of 28.93%.The main manifestations of ADRs involved cardiovascular system damage(41.26%),followed by metabolism and nutrition disorders(29.61%).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that BMI≤18.4kg/m2(OR=12.293,95%CI:1.474~30.537),duration of medication≥15 days(OR=3.433,95%CI:1.696~6.947),and placenta previa(OR=2.162,95%CI:1.100~4.247)were independent risk factors for ADR occurrence(P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical use of Rito-drine Hydrochloride Injection, close attention should be paid to pregnant women with low BMI,long-term medication use,and comorbid pla-centa previa. The risk of ADRs can be reduced through individualized dose adjustment and enhanced monitoring.关键词
