摘要

Abstract

In Mutualistic Symbiotic Backscatter Communication(MSBC),the tags transmit information by modulating and reflecting the radio frequency signals of the primary users.Meanwhile,the backscatter signals of the tags can be used to enhance the performance of the primary users.In MSBC,the information transmission both between the base station and the receiver,and between the tag and the receiver is defined as cellular transmission and backscatter transmission,respectively.This paper considers the randomness of the spatial distribution of the tags and receivers,and uses a homogeneous Poisson point process to model the randomness of the positions and numbers of the tags and receivers,on the basis of which the analytical results of the outage probabilities for the cellular transmission and backscatter transmission are derived.To avoid collisions during information transmission,this paper adopts two access strategies for the tags and receivers,namely,random access and nearest access schemes.Additionally,to study the impact of the tag's own energy consumption on the system performance,the optimal dynamic reflection coefficient design is adopted.Numerical results show that the nearest access scheme has a significantly better performance than the random access scheme.By using the optimal dynamic reflection coefficient,the performance of both primary and secondary users is better than that of the fixed reflection coefficient scheme.
