Abstract
Objective To compare the effects of extraperitoneal cesarean section(EPCS)and traditional intraperitoneal lower-seg-ment cesarean section(LSCS)on maternal postpartum recovery,and to provide a reference for optimal surgical choice in clinical practice.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data from 400 women undergoing cesarean delivery at our hospital.They were assigned to an observation group(EPCS,n=200)or a control group(traditional LSCS,n=200).Outcomes compared included inci-sion-healing time,time to postoperative gastrointestinal gas passage,postoperative pain scores(VAS)and uterine recovery time,together with complication rates.Results The observation group demonstrated significantly shorter incision-healing time,gastrointestinal flatus time and u-terine recovery time than the control group(all P＜0.05).VAS scores at 24 h and 48 h post-operation were also lower in the observation group(all P＜0.05).Rates of intestinal adhesions and intraperitoneal infection were lower in the observation group(all P＜0.05),whereas the incidence of bladder injury was higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion Extraperitoneal cesarean section can accelerate maternal postoperative recovery and reduce intraperitoneal complications.However,it places higher technical demands on the surgeons,necessitating strict adher-ence to established indications.关键词
