Research Progress on Electrospun Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)-Based Nanofibers in the Biomedical Field
摘要
Abstract
Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)has garnered widespread attention in the biomedical field due to its good biocom-patibility and tunable degradation properties.Electrospinning technology can prepare nanofibers with high specific surface area and biomimet-ic extracellular matrix structure,providing an ideal technical route for the molding and processing of PLGA,as well as expanding its potential applications.This article outlines the fundamentals of PLGA material and the principles of electrospinning,summarizes strategies for the functional modification of PLGA,and focuses on reviewing its latest research achievements in the biomedical fields of drug delivery,tissue engineering,and wound dressings,clarifying the application value of such materials in precision medicine and regenerative medicine,and providing targeted references for the technical optimization and clinical translation of related research.关键词
